ary of each year to the Governor, and such reports have been
regularly and fairly made, and whereas it is far more con-
venient to report as of the 30th of September in each year
and it is a decided advantage to have the Sanatorium's fiscal
year end on the 30th of September on the same day and date
as the end of the State's fiscal year.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That the Board of Managers of the Maryland Tuber-
culosis Sanatorium created by Chapter 308 of the Acts of the
General Assembly of Maryland, Session of 1906, shall make a
report of its proceedings, receipts and expenditures to the
Governor of the State as of the 30th day of September 1916,
and annually thereafter.
SEC. 2. Be it further enacted, That all acts or parts of acts
inconsistent with the provisions of this Act be and the same
are hereby repealed in so far as such inconsistency exists.

CHAPTER 498.
AN ACT to add a new section to. the Revised Charter of Balti-
more City, relating to pensioning of aged or disabled em-
ployees of the City, said section to follow 36C and to be
designated 36D.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That a new section is hereby added to the Revised
Charter of Baltimore City, relating to making provision for
aged or disabled employees of the City, said Section to follow
36C and to be designated 36D, and to read as follows:
36D. The Board of Estimates are hereby authorized to
include in the Ordinance of Estimates, provided for in Section
36, such appropriation as may be necessary to make reasonable
provision for employees of the City who have become, or shall
hereafter become, unable to efficiently perform the duties of
their employment through injury received while in the dis-
charge of their duties in such employment; and also to make
similar provision for persons who have been not less than ten
years in the employment of the City and who have become, or
may hereafter become, unable to efficiently perform the duties
of their employment through age or disease. Such provision
