SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland., That Section 52D of Article 3 of the Public Gen-
eral Laws of Maryland, title "Baltimore County, " sub-title
"Circuit Court, " be and the same is hereby repealed and re-
enacted with amendments so as to read as follows:

Section 52D. And said Court is further authorized and
empowered to employ, temporarily, extra or additional sten-
ographers, not exceeding two in number, who shall be sworn
officers of said Court, having the qualifications provided in
Section 52B of this Article, and who may be removed at the
pleasure of said Court, and who shall receive for each day they
shall be required by said Court to attend said Court, for the
taking of testimony and judicial opinions in said Court, the
sum of $10. 00 per day, and shall furnish copies and carbon
copies of testimony and opinions so taken if required at the
rate of twenty-six cents for the original copy and six cents for
a carbon copy when more than one copy is made, the costs to
be taxed in the same manner as provided in Section 62C.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section 163
of Chapter 635 of the Acts of the General Assembly of
Maryland, 1912, entitled An Act to repeal Section 159 to
Section 177, inclusive, of Article 23 of the Code of Public
Local Laws, title "Wicomico County, " sub-title "Sharp-
town, " and all amendments and additions thereto', and to
repeal Chapter 421 of the Acts of 1894, entitled An Act to
repeal and re-enact, with amendments, sections 167 and 1(58
of Article 23 of the Code of Public Local Laws, title
"Wicomico County, " sub-title "Sharptown, " and to add an
additional section thereto, to be designated as 167A; and
Chapter 336 of the Acts of 1902, entitled An Act to repeal
section 161 of Article 23 of the Code of Public Local Laws,
title "Wicomico County, " sub-title "Sharptown, " relating
to election of commissioners; also to repeal section 167 of
Article 23 of the Code of Public Local Laws, title "Wicom-
ico County, " sub-title "Sharptown, " relating to powers and
duties of the Commissioners, as repealed and re-enacted by
Chapter 421 of the Acts of the General Assembly of Mary-
