SEC. 4. And be it enacted, That the County Commissioners
of Allegany County shall annually cause to be levied and col-
lected from the assessable property in Allegany County, a tax
which shall be sufficient to pay the interest on said bonds and
also to redeem all of said bonds which shall mature during
that year; said tax shall be collected in like manner as other
taxes in said County are collected, and when collected shall be
applied to the payment of the interest of said bonds and to their
redemption as and when they mature.

SEC. 5. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
upon the first day of June, 1916.

CHAPTER 481.

AN ACT to repeal Section 10D, of Article 6 of the Code of
Public Local Laws, title Caroline County, sub-title Alms-
house, as amended by the Acts of 1910, Chapter 133 and
re-enact the same with amendments.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Section 10D, of Article 6 of the Code of Pub-
lic Local Laws of Maryland, title Caroline County, sub-title
Almshouse, as amended by the Acts of 1910, Chapter 133, be
and the same is hereby repealed and re-enacted so as to read as
follows:

Section 10D. That, should said land be sold, as hereinbefore
provided, the proceeds arising from said sale and notes for the
deferred payments, if any, shall be paid and drawn to the
Commissioners of Caroline County, the notes to bear interest
from the day of the sale and to be secured to the satisfaction of
said Commissioners, and the money thus received, and as the
same is received, shall be by said Commissioners paid over to
the Treasurer of Caroline County to be placed with the general
fund of said County.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect from the first day of June, 1916.
