CHAPTER 483.
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section 3,
Chapter 409 of the Acts of 1912, entitled "An Act to regu-
late the licensing of Auctioneers in Baltimore County. "
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Section 3, Chapter 439 of the Acts of 1912,
entitled "An Act to regulate the licensing of auctioneers in
Baltimore County, " be and the same is hereby repealed and
re-enacted with amendments, so as to read as follows, to wit:
Section 3. That each applicant for such a license shall pay
the yearly sum of ten dollars ($10) if he be a resident of said
county; the sum of twenty-five dollars ($25) if he be a resi-
dent of the State outside of said county; and the sum of fifty
dollars ($50) if he be not a resident of the State; and no
license shall be issued by said clerk of the county to any such
person until the aforesaid license fee has been paid and until
such person has made oath as to his place of residence.

CHAPTER 484.
AN ACT to establish a free bridge over Mattawoman Creek on
the road leading from Acton's Crossing in Charles County,
Maryland, to Asbury Church in Prince George's County,
Maryland, and to provide for free travel from Charles
County to Prince George's County, and to provide for the
joint construction and maintenance of said bridge by the
County Commissioners of Charles County and the County
Commissioners of Prince George's County.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That there shall be constructed jointly by the Coun-
ty Commissioners of Charles County, and the County Com-
missioners of Prince George's County a concrete bridge for the
free travel of the public over Mattawoman Creek on the road
leading from Acton's Crossing in Charles County to Asbury
