SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That all places as afore-
said used or occupied for the purpose of engaging in the games
of pool, billiards, or bowling to which the public shall have
access and at which charges are made for the privilege of en-
gaging therein shall be kept closed as a place of business from
hours of 12 P. M. to 6 A. M. of each night in the week, and
it shall be unlawful for any place or places aforesaid to be kept
open during the hours above mentioned.

SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That it shall be unlaw-
ful for the proprietor or person in charge of any place or places
as aforesaid, used or occupied for the purpose of engaging in
the games of pool, billiards or bowling to which the public shall
have access and at which charges are made for the privilege of
engaging therein, to permit, suffer or allow any person or per-
sons under the age of sixteen (16) years to loiter in, on or
about the premises where such games as above mentioned are
conducted, or engage in or participate in any manner in the
conduct of any of such games or witness the participation
therein of others who may lawfully be on the said premises.

SEC. 4. And be it enacted, That any person or persons,
firm or corporation, whether proprietor or person in charge of
any pool or billiard room or bowling alley in any place in
Washington County who shall violate any of the provisions of
this Act shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon con-
viction thereof shall be subject to a fine of not less than Fif-
teen Dollars ($15. 00) nor more than One Hundred ($100. 00)
Dollars; one-half of any fine so imposed and collected to be
paid to the informer thereof.

CHAPTER 480.

AN ACT to authorize the County Commissioners of Allegany
County to build additions and make improvements to the
Court House at Cumberland, Allegany County, to borrow
money on the credit of the County to pay for said additions
and improvements, to issue bonds for the payment of the
same, and to levy taxes on the assessable property of the
County to redeem said bonds and to pay the interest thereon.
