issued, shall be non-convertible for any cause whatsoever, and
the said bonds and coupons so issued, when redeemed, whether
before or at maturity, shall be cancelled, and it shall be the
duty of the County Commissioners of Montgomery County to
immediately cancel the same.
SEC. 5. And be it further enacted, That the said County
Commissioners of Montgomery County be and they are hereby
authorized, empowered and directed to apply the proceeds of
the bond issue herein authorized to the payment for the build-
ing, improvement and relocation of the public road leading
from the end of an improved road at Crabb's Branch near Der-
wood toward the end of another improved road at Richard
Mackall's Corner near Mt. Zion, the building, improvement
and relocation authorized under the provisions of this Act to
consist of the grading of said road, the placing of bridges and
culverts and the construction thereon of a macadam road sim-
ilar in construction to the road leading from Norbeck to Rock-
ville in said county, according to plans and specifications pre-
pared by the Road Superintendent of Montgomery County.

CHAPTER
AN ACT to regulate the conduct of pool and billiard rooms,
and bowling alleys in Washington County; providing for
hours of opening and closing the same;. prohibiting the
proprietors or those in charge of the same from admitting,
allowing to loiter in, exercise or engage in games therein,
any person under the age of sixteen years, and providing
penalties for the violation of the provisions of this Act.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That every room or place in Washington County
used or occupied for the exercise or engaging in the games of
pool, billiards or bowling to which the public has access and
at which charges are made for the privilege of engaging therein
shall be conducted at all times in an orderly, decent manner,
and it shall be unlawful for the proprietor or person in charge
of the same to permit any disorderly conduct, swearing or use
of indecent or improper language therein by any person or per-
sons on, in, or about the premises where such games are con-
ducted.
