used in said construction may be added to other available funds
and to such funds as may be allotted for said road under the
State Aid Road Law, if in the judgment of the County Com-
missioners it be more advantageous to construct the road under
such act.

SEC. 6. And be it further enacted, That the said County
Commissioners are hereby authorized and empowered, in their
discretion, to relocate any part of the present road bed of said
public highway.

SEC. 7. And be it further enacted, That on or before the
first day of August, 1916, upon such terms and conditions and
the execution and assurance by satisfactory evidence in writing
as the said County Commissioners may prescribe and deter-
mine there shall be donated to the County Commissioners of
said county the sum of Three Thousand ($3, 000. 00) Dollars
to them, to be. applied by them, in addition to the sum of Fif-
teen Thousand ($15, 000. 00) Dollars, herein provided, for the
said building, improving and relocating of the public road from
Old Germantown to the State Road near Seneca Creek as afore-
said, otherwise this act to be null and void.

CHAPTER 470.

AN ACT authorizing and directing the County Commissioners
of Montgomery County to issue bonds to an amount not to
exceed Twenty-five Thousand Dollars ($25, 000. ) for the
purpose of building, improving and relocating the public
road leading from Germantown to the public road leading
from Darnestown to Dawsonville from a point in front of
the store of Horace D. Waters, to said public road leading
from Darnestown to Dawsonville, a distance of about three
and a half miles (3 1/2), provided that said donation be
made as hereinafter provided to said County Commissioners
to be applied by them for the purposes herein and to collect
and levy taxes in the Sixth Election District of said County
for the payment of said bonds and interest coupons thereon.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That the County Commissioners of Montgomery
County, be and they are hereby authorized and directed to
