a wharf or road extending out into the waters of Tedious
Creek, an arm of Fishing Bay.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Homer H. Murphy and John O; Murphy, of
Bishop's Head in Dorchester County, State of Maryland, be
and they are hereby authorized and empowered to construct a
wharf or road at and adjoining the lands of the said Homer H.
Murphy and John O. Murphy, bordering on Tedious Creek,
an arm of Fishing Bay, in Straits Election District in Dor-
chester County, Maryland, said wharf or road to extend from
the said land of the said Homer H. Murphy and John O. Mur-
phy out into the waters' of the said Tedious Creek for a dis-
tance not exceeding two hundred yards, to be of a width not
exceeding one hundred feet and to be immediately in front
of the said land of the said Homer H. Murphy and John O.
Murphy, and when completed to be in a position that it would
be included within the lines of the said land of the said Homer
H. Murphy; and John O. Murphy if the lines of said land
should be extended out into the waters of the said Tedious
Creek for a distance the length of said hereby authorized wharf
or road; provided, such wharf or road be constructed and es-
tablished on or before the first day of January, A. D. 1920.

CHAPTER 450.

AN ACT to repeal Chapter 788 passed by the General Assembly
of Maryland, 1906, entitled An Act to prevent the killing
of foxes while being chased by hounds followed by hunters
in Caroline and Carroll Counties, and to re-enact same with
amendments.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That the Act passed by the General Assembly of
Maryland, 1906, Chapter 788, be and the same is hereby re-
pealed and re-enacted, so as to read as follows:

SEC. 2. That it shall not be lawful for any person to shoot,
or shoot at, or in any manner kill any fox in Caroline and
Carroll County, except when said fox is destroying poultry, or
killed by hounds in a hunt. Any person or persons violating
the provisions of this Act shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and
