Commissioner elected in Dorchester County, and at the gen-
eral election to be held in said county on the first Tuesday
after the first Monday in the month of November, 1919, there
shall be but one County Commissioner elected in said County
for a term of six years, and at the general election to be held
in said county on the first Tuesday after the first Monday in
November, 1921, there shall be two County Commissioners
elected for said county, each for a term of six years. And the
said three County Commissioners shall constitute the Board of
County Commissioners of said county; and thereafter the
number of County Commissioners of said county shall be
three, each of them and the successor of each of them serving
for six years from the date of their election; each of the said
commissioners shall receive an annual salary of three hundred
dollars and mileage at the rate of ten cents per mile one way
for each day's session such member shall be actually present.

Section. 105. There shall be three County Commissioner
districts for Dorchester County, after the said election in No-
vember, 1917, and one of said three County Commissioners
shall have charge of one Commissioner district; the said Com-
missioner districts shall be composed of election districts as
follows: Fork District or No. 1; East New Market district or
No. 2; Williamsburg district or No. 12; Hurlock district or
No. 15; Vienna district or No. 3; and Linkwood district or No.
14. Commissioner's District No. 2 shall be composed of Cam-
bridge or district No. 7, Neck or district No. 8, Drawbridge or
District No. 11, Bucktown or District No. 13, Salem or Dis-
trict No. 17 and District No. 9 or Church Creek. The third
Commissioner District shall consist of Madison or District
No. 16, Taylors Island or District No. 4, Hoopers Island or
District No. 6, Lakes or District No. 5, Straits or District No.
10 and Elliotts Island or District No. 18.

105-1. The two County Commissioners now in office elect-
ed at the general election in 1911, shall hold office until the
election in 1917, after which the said Board of Commissioners
shall consist of three as aforesaid, and their successors shall
hold office for terms of six years, and as his or their respective
term or terms of said County Commissioner or Commissioners
shall expire thereafter, his or their successor or successors shall
be elected to serve for a term of six years.

105-2. In case the office of any one or more of the County
Commissioners for Dorchester County shall become vacant by
death, resignation or otherwise, the Governor of the State
