Beginning for the same at a stake set over a culvert on the
Pennsylvania Railroad and about ten feet southeast from the
head thereof, said culvert being about two thousand feet from
Bowie Station along the track towards Baltimore, and running
thence, north seventy-three degrees, twenty-three minutes west
fourteen hundred and seventy feet to a stake in the centre of
Chestnut Avenue, thence north sixty-nine degrees thirty-five
minutes west eight hundred and sixty-three feet to a stake in
the centre of Maple Avenue, then with the centre of said ave-
nue south three degrees seventeen minutes west four hundred
and sixty-five feet to the centre of Sixth Street, then with Sixth
Street north eighty-four degrees twenty-five minutes west four
hundred and twenty feet to a gully, then down the gully south
eight degrees twenty-three minutes west nine hundred and
forty-one feet, thence south sixty-nine degrees twenty-one min-
utes west, twenty-four hundred and twenty-five feet, thence
south, forty-five degrees, thirty-five minutes east forty-nine hun-
dred and eighty-six feet to a stone on the southwest side of the
road leading from Bowie to Collington, a boundary of Leh-
man, Perkins and Hardy's land, then with the centre of the
road towards Bowie north fourteen degrees fifteen minutes
west seven hundred and fifty-five feet, thence north three de-
grees thirty-three minutes east five hundred and fifty feet, then
leaving the road and crossing Dr. Hassel's farm north sixty-
nine degrees ten minutes east six hundred and two feet to a
boundary of the Hassel and Seitz properties, then with the
boundary line of the said properties north six degrees thirty
minutes west eight hundred and fourteen and one-half feet
to Luer's land, then with Luer's land north eighty-four degrees
east eight hundred and twenty-five feet to a point in a ditch,
thence north forty-two degrees fifteen minutes east five hundred
and fifty-three feet, the crossing Littlepage's property north
sixty-nine degrees east ten hundred and ninety-two feet to a
point in dark's property, thence north three degrees fifty-five
minutes east four hundred feet, thence north thirty-seven de-
degrees forty minutes west seventeen hundred and sixty-two
feet to the beginning.

SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That all persons who have re-
sided within the said town for six months next preceding the
day of election, or who shall be assessed with three hundred
dollars of real or personal property within said town, and who
are qualified to vote for delegates to the General Assembly of
Maryland, shall elect on the first Monday in June, 1917, and
