SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That the following new Sections be added to Article
22 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title "Wash-
ington County, " to be sub-titled "Orphans' Court"
SEC. 2. The sessions of the Orphans' Court of Washington
County shall be held on Tuesday and Friday of each week,
from 10: 00 o'clock A. M. until 3: 00 o'clock P. M., and on
such other days as in the judgment of the Court, the public
business and convenience requires.
SEC. 3. The County Commissioners of said County shall
levy annually such sum as they may estimate will be sufficient
to pay the judges of the Orphans' Court for the next ensuing
year; and it shall be the duty of the Register of Wills to cer-
tify monthly to the County Commissioners of the County the
number of days each of said judges has attended said Court
during the months, and the Tax Collector shall pay them ac-
cordingly.
SEC. 4. Be it further enacted. That this Act shall take
effect from the first day of June, 1916.

CHAPTER 426.
AN ACT for the incorporation of the town of Bowie, in Prince
George's County, and for the submission of this charter to
the qualified voters of said town for their adoption or rejec-
tion, and for the repeal of all Acts or parts of Acts incon-
sistent herewith.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That the inhabitants of the town of Bowie, in
Prince George's County, be and they are hereby constituted a
body corporate, by the name of "The Commissioners of Bowie, "
and by that name may sue and be sued, may purchase and hold
real, personal, and mixed property, and dispose of the same for
the benefit of the said town, and may have and use a common
seal, which may be altered at pleasure.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted. That the corporate limits of said
town shall be as follows:
