in addition to the other information required by law, a state-
ment that the applicant is a registered voter in and a taxpayer
and resident of the Election District of which he claims to be a
registered voter, and any person whose nomination shall be so
certified, shall be placed on the ballot at the ensuing general
election as a Candidate for the Office of County Commissioner
of Harford County. At the next ensuing General Election,
at which County Commissioners are to be elected and every
two years thereafter the Board of Supervisors of Election shall
place on the General Ticket to be voted for, by the qualified
voters of Harford County the names of all persons so nomi-
nated for the Office of County Commissioner of Harford
County, and the five candidates for said office who shall at
such election, receive the highest number of votes cast for
Candidate for said office shall be returned and become County
Commissioners for Harford County.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act contain-
ing the two Sections hereinbefore referred to shall be taken
and construed as an entirety, and each and every part and
section thereof is made dependent upon each and every other
part and section thereof.
SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That all Acts and parts
of Acts, laws and parts of Laws, inconsistent with this Act or
any provision thereof, be and the same are hereby repealed to
the extent of such inconsistency.
SEC. 4. And be it further enacted, That nothing in this
Act shall be taken or construed to affect the terms of the pres-
ent County Commissioners of Harford County.
SEC. 5. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June first, Nineteen Hundred and Sixteen.

CHAPTER 425.
AN ACT to add additional Sections to Article 22 of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title "Washington Coun-
ty, " to be sub-titled "Orphans' Court, " prescribing the times
of holding the Sessions of the Orphans' Court of Washing-
ton County and the time of the payment of the per diem of
the Judges thereof.
