of t, he waters within the limits of Frederick County, with any
kind of seine or net, stir net, drag net, gig or gig iron, fish
basket or fish pots, eel weirs, bursh or fascine nets, or by any
means or contrivance in the nature of a seine, except Bait
fish nets not over three (3) feet long at any time and Dip nets
between the 15th day of March and the 15th day of April.

SEC. 6. And be it enacted, That it shall not be lawful for
any person not a bona fide resident of Frederick County, to
fish for, take, capture or destroy or attempt to fish for, take,
capture or destroy any fish in the waters of Frederick County,
without first having obtained a license so to do from the Clerk
of the Circuit Court for Frederick County; said non resident
shall pay for said license the sum of five dollars ($5. 00); fifty
cents ($. 50) of which shall go to the Clerk issuing the same
and the balance shall be paid to the State Treasurer, to be
credited to the State Game Protection Fund, to be used by the
State Game Warden as provided by law. Licensees shall ex-
hibit said licenses when required to do so, by deputy wardens
or constables, and upon failure to show the same, shall be sub-
ject to the same penalty as for violation of this Section.

SEC. 7, And be it enacted, That it shall not be lawful for
any person. to capture, destroy or kill or attempt to capture,
destroy or kill any fish by placing dynamite, lime, poison or
any explosive or deleterious substance in any streams, creeks,
waters, canals or rivers in the limits of Frederick County.

SEC. 8, And be it enacted, That any person violating the
provisions of Sections 2, 3, 4 and 5 of this Act shall be deemed
guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall be
fined not less than ten dollars ($10. 00) nor more than twenty-
five dollars ($25. 00) for each and every offense and any person
violating the provisions of Section 7 of this Act shall be fined
not less than twenty-five dollars ($25. 00) nor more than fifty
dollars ($50. 00) for every such offense. Any person failing to
procure a license as required by Section 6, or failing to exhibit
the same when requested so to do by any deputy warden or
constable shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon
conviction thereof shall pay a fine not less than ten dollars, nor
more than twenty-five dollars.

SEC. 9. And be it enacted, That it shall be unlawful for
any person to trap, shoot, snare or in any manner catch, kill
or take, any pheasant, ruffed grouse, ring-necked pheasant,
wild turkey or rabbit, in Frederick County, Maryland, between
