806 LAWS OF MARYLAND. [CH. 404

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Sections 45, 46, 47, 48, 49, 50, 51, 52,
53, 54, 55, 55A, 56, 59 and 60, of Article Eleven of
the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title "Fred-
erick County, " sub-title "Birds and Game, " and Sections
143, 144, 145, 146, 147, 148, 149, 150 and 151 of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title "Frederick County, "
sub-title "Fish, " and Chapter 568 of the Acts of 1900; and
Chapter 505 of the Acts of 1902 and Chapter 176 of the Acts
of 1902, and Chapter 529 of the Acts of 1902 and Chapters
551, 492 and 475 of the Acts of 1904; and Chapter 339 of the
Acts of 1908, and Chapter 675 of the Acts of 1910, and Chap-
ter 634 of the Acts of 1912; in so far as the same relates to
Frederick County, be, and the same are hereby repealed, and
the following sections relating to "Birds and Game" and also
relating to "Fish" be enacted in lieu thereof, and in addition
thereto, so as to read as follows:

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That it shall be unlawful for
any person to take, catch or kill in any manner, any Black
Bass in any of the creeks, streams of water or tributaries of
any creeks or streams, in Frederick County, Maryland, at any
time from the first day of December until the first day of
June, and then only with rod and hook and line; and no person
shall take or catch any black bass under nine (9) inches in
length, measuring from the tip of the mouth to the tip of the
tail.

SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That it shall be unlawful for
any person to fish for, take, capture or for any one to have in
his possession any Brook Trout, from the waters of Frederick
County, except during the months of April, May and June in
each and every year, and then only with rod, hook and line;
and no brook trout shall be taken or caught, measuring less than
six inches in length, measuring from the tip of the mouth to
the tip of the tail.

4. And be it enacted, That it shall be unlawful for
any person to take, capture or destroy or have in his posses-
sion, any fish of any kind, except Brook Trout and Bait fish,
from the waters of Frederick County, or within the limits of
Frederick County, Maryland, from the 15th day of April until
the first day of June in each and every year.

SEC. 5. And be it enacted, That it shall be unlawful for
any person to take, destroy, capture or fish for, any fish in any
