admeasurer hereinafter referred to, and provided for, and
upon full compliance with the provisions for the issuing of
license hereinafter referred to, to issue a license for the use of
said boat in taking oysters in the waters aforesaid, in the man-
ner aforesaid; but no license shall be issued to any boats so
licensed for said dredging season ending on March 15, 1916,
the tonnage of which is greater than ten and fifty-two hun-
dredths gross tons by rules of custom-house measurement, to
be ascertained by said admeasurer, and if either of the clerks
authorized by this Act to issue such license shall issue the same
without the said admeasurer's certificate, when such certificate
is necessary or contrary to the provisions of this Act, he
shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction
thereof before a justice of the peace, or either of said Courts
having jurisdiction thereof, shall be fined not less than one
hundred dollars for each and every offense, and stand commit-
ted until such fine and costs are paid.

SEC. 2. Be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect on
and after June 1, 1916.

ty, " sub-title "Birds and Game, " and to repeal Sections 143,
144, 145, 146, 147, 148, 149, 150 and 151, of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland, title "Frederick County, "
sub-title "Fish, " and to repeal Chapter 568 of the Acts of
1900; and Chapter 505 of the Acts of 1902, and Chapter
176 of the Acts of 1902, and Chapter 529 of the Acts of
1902, and Chapters 551, 492 and 475 of the Acts of 1904,
and Chapter 339 of the Acts of 1908, and Chapter 675 of
the Acts of 1910; and Chapter 634 of the Acts of 1912, in
so far as the same relates to Frederick County, and Chap-
ters 14, 25 and 535, of the Acts of 1914; and Chapter 472
of the Acts of 1914, in so far as the same relates to Fred-
erick County, and to enact the following sections in lien
thereof relating to "Birds and Game" and also relating to
Fish. "
