(79) To the conveyance and deed of a parcel of land in
Montgomery County in the State of Maryland, containing one
and three-fourths acres, more or less, which was conveyed by
a certain John P. Ray and others, to The Board of Trustees
of Emory Methodist Episcopal Church, South, of Montgomery
County, by a deed dated the eighth day of July, 1914, and
duly recorded among the Land Records of Montgomery County
in the State of Maryland, in Liber No. 248, folio 256.

(80) To the sale and grant of five acres and one rood of
land, more or less, in Harford County, Maryland, as described
and conveyed in a deed from Ella Bond and others to "The
Tabernacle Methodist Episcopal Church, incorporated, " dated
the 18th day of June, in the year 1915, and recorded among
the Land Records of Harford County in Liber J. A. R. No.
147, folio 491.

(81) To the devise and bequest of one ground rent for the
sum of twenty-four dollars to St. Matthew's German Evangel-
ical Lutheran Congregation, of Baltimore City, as contained
in the last will and testament of Anna E. Westphal, deceased,
and as Trustee of the late Henry W. Westphal, as also con-
tained in a deed from Amelia A. List, Executor and Trustee,
et al., to the German Evangelical Lutheran St. Matthew's
Congregation, of one ground rent or annuity of twenty-four
dollars issuing out of a lot of ground on the west side of Ma-
deira Street, and recorded among the Land Records of Balti-
more City in Liber R. O. No. 2281, folio 164, etc. (known as
No. 806 N. Madeira Street).

(82) To the lease by the Canton Company of Baltimore
to the Mount Ararat Baptist Church of Canton, Baltimore
County, a body corporate, dated December 23rd, 1915, and
recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore County in Li-
ber W. P. C. folio 309, etc.

(83) To the following gifts and legacies contained in the
last will and testament of Henry C. Duvall, late of Peters-
ville District, Frederick County, Maryland, which will is
dated 25th day of June, 1915, and recorded among the Rec-
ords of the Office of the Register of Wills of Frederick Coun-
ty, Maryland, in Liber S. D. T. No. 2, folio 130, etc., "Wills":

a. To the Convention of the Protestant Episcopal Church
of the Diocese of Maryland, the sum of one thousand dollars
($1000. 00), in trust, to invest, and from time to time to rein-
vest the same, the income thereof to be appropriated for
the care of the churchyard and necessary repairs to St. Mark's
