(73) To the deed and conveyance from The Remington
Independent Methodist Church of Baltimore City, to the Beth-
any United Evangelical Church of Baltimore City, dated July
21st, 1915, and recorded among the Land Records of Balti-
more City in Liber S. C. L. No. 2989, folio 513, etc., convey-
ing the property on the Southwest corner of Remington Ave-
nue and Thirtieth Street, in Baltimore City, Maryland.

(74) To the devise and bequest contained in the last will
and testament of Mary A. Crapster, late of Baltimore County,
Maryland, deceased, to the Treasurer of the First Baptist
Church., said will being dated the 21st day of November, 1910,
and filed in the office of the Register of Wills of Baltimore
County, Maryland.

(75) To the deed from Maud F. Snellenberg and Albert
Snellenberg to the Babcock Memorial Church of Baltimore
City, a body corporate, dated June 1st, 1916, and recorded
among the Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L.
No. 2743, folio 79, etc., said property being known as No.
2237 Eutaw Place.

(76) To the devise of certain property to the Woodstock
College of Baltimore County, contained in the last will and
testament of Benjamin L. Higdon of Charles County, Mary-
land, which said will was probated in the Orphans' Court of
Charles County on the 8th day of January, A. D. 1889, and
is recorded among the Wills Records of said County in Liber
M. T., folio 440.

(77) To the deed and conveyance from Jesse F. Ely to
The Bethany United Evangelical Church, Baltimore City,
Maryland, a body corporate, dated 20th of July, 1915, and
recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber
S. C. L. No. 2989, folio 514, conveying two lots of ground
in Baltimore City, being on the Southwest corner of Thirtieth
Street and Remington Avenue.

(78) To the sub-lease and conveyance from Robert Purvi-
ance, Jr., and William C. Conine, to the Trustees of The
Methodist Episcopal Church of South Baltimore Station in
the City of Baltimore, dated 9th of April, 1849, recorded
among the Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber A. W. B.
No. 411, folio 280, conveying the property on the West side
of Light Street, One hundred feet South from West Street, in
Baltimore City, Maryland.
