d. To the bequest of five hundred dollars in item 6 of said
will to the Loysville Orphanage of Pennsylvania,

e. To the devise and bequest contained in item 7 of said
will of the residue of deceased's estate to the Church Council
of St Paul's Lutheran Church in Harney, Carroll County,
Maryland, the same to be put on interest by said Council, and
the interest derived therefrom to be paid annually by said
Council to the Board of Foreign Missions.

(61) To the grant and deed of The Montebello Park Com-
pany to Zion Evangelical Lutheran, Church of Lauraville, a
body corporate, of the property described in the deed dated
January 25th, 1915, and recorded among the Land Records
of Baltimore County in Liber W. P. C. No. 443, folio 72, etc.

(62) To the deed dated 20th day of September, 1910, and
duly recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore City
in Liber S. C. L. No. 2608, folio 187, etc., from The Realty
Securities Corporation, a body corporate, to The Ministers
and Trustees of the Starr Methodist Protestant Church in
Baltimore City, a body corporate, and a religious corporation,
conveying a certain lot of ground with the improvements there-
on, on the west side of Garrison Avenue, in the City of Balti-
more, State of Maryland.

(63) To the deed from James E. Tippett and Laura V.
Tippett, his wife, to The First Congregational Church of Bal-
timore, in trust, as in said deed set forth dated November 24th,
1897, and recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore
City in Liber R. O. No. 1705, folio 418.

(64) To the deed from Samuel K. Smith to The First
Congregational Church of Baltimore in trust as in said deed
set forth dated December 3rd, 1897, and recorded among the
Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber R. O. No. 1707,
folio 203.

(65) To the deed from James E. Tippett and Laura V.
Tippett, his wife, to The First Congregational Church of Bal-
timore, dated November 24th, 1897, and recorded among the
Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber R. O. No. 1705,
folio 420.

(66) To the deed from Samuel K. Smith to The First
Congregational Church of Baltimore, dated December 3, 1897,
and recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore City in
Liber R. O. No. 1707, folio 202.
