Baltimore City, a body corporate, from Charles E. Brown,
by deed dated the 2nd day of March, 1916, and recorded among
the Land Records of Baltimore City.

(58) To the gift and bequest made by David Henry Car-
roll of sixty equal parts of his estate to establish an orphanage
for boys under the Methodist Episcopal Church, which is con-
tained in the fourth paragraph of the last will and testament
of David Henry Carroll, late of Baltimore City, deceased,
which will is of record in the office of the Register of Wills
in Baltimore City, Liber H. W. J. No. 114, folio —, which
orphanage has been established and incorporated under the
name of The David H. Carroll Home for Orphan Boys of the
Methodist Episcopal Church, incorporated by articles of in-
corporation dated July 23rd, 1914, and recorded in the char-
ter records of Baltimore City on February 16th, 1915, in
Liber S. C. L. No. 61, folio 610.

(59) To the purchase of a piece of leasehold property for
the use and benefit of The New Shiloh Baptist Church, incor-
porated, from Whit W. Allen, by deed dated the 2nd of March,
1916, and recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore
City.

(60) To the following devises and bequests contained in
the last will and testament of Samuel C. Shoemaker, late of
Carroll County, in the State of Maryland, deceased, which will
was duly admitted to probate by the Orphans' Court of Carroll
County, and is now of record in the office of the Register of
Wills for Carroll County:

a. To the devise contained in item 3 of said will of the
house and lot in Harney, Carroll County, Maryland, to the
Church Council of St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Harney,
Carroll County, Maryland, to be used as a parsonage, and, if
said Council should not wish to use the property as a parson-
age, with authority to said Council to sell the property to the
best advantage, and the proceeds therefrom to go toward the
purchase of a pipe organ for said St. Paul's Church.

b. To the bequest in item 4 of said will of five hundred
dollars to Mountain View Cemetery Committee of St. Paul's
Lutheran Church in Harney, Carroll County, Maryland, to
be put on interest, and the proceeds to go toward keeping the
cemetery in repair.

c. To the bequest in item 5 of said will of five hundred
dollars to the Old People's Home of Baltimore City, Mary-
land.
