Trustees of Colorada College of all the rest and residue of the
property and estate as contained in the last will and testament
of Mary R. Hawley, dated the seventh day of December, 1896,
and recorded in the office of the Register of Wills of Baltimore
City in Wills Liber No. YY, folio 413.

(51) To the deed of Mary S. McGrath and Mary G. Go-
ver, both unmarried, to First Church of Christ, Scientist, of
Baltimore City, a body corporate, dated November 8th, 1915,
and recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore City in
Liber S. C. L. No. 3010, folio 614, etc.

(52) To a bequest contained in the last will and testament
of Augusta Price Griffin, late of the City of Baltimore, de-
ceased, to First Church of Christ, Scientist, a body corporate,
of Baltimore City, dated the 10th day of May, 1913, and re-
corded in the office of the Register of Wills of Baltimore City
in Liber H. W. J. No. 117, folio 45, etc.

(53) To a deed from St. James' Protestant Episcopal
Church: of Anne Arundel County, in the State of Maryland,
to J. Bruce Lyons of certain real estate located in the 8th
Election District of Anne Arundel County, and described in
a deed dated December 7th, 1915, and recorded among the
Land Records of Anne Arundel County in Liber G. W. No.
116, folio 38, etc.

(54) To the sale and deed made by Charles T. Gilles to
and for the use and benefit of the Trustees of the Payne Me-
morial African M. E. Church of Baltimore City, a corpora-
tion, for the use by the said corporation as a parsonage and
other religious purposes, which deed is dated January 13th,
1915, and recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore
City in Liber S. C. L. No. 2950, folio 363, etc.

(55) To the deed from Oliver E. Read to the Hamilton
Presbyterian Church of Baltimore County, Maryland, dated
February 28th, 1902, and recorded among the Land Records
of Baltimore County in Liber N. B. M. No. 258, folio 336,
etc.

(56) To the deed from The Presbyterian Association of
Baltimore City to the Hamilton Presbyterian Church of Balti-
more County, Maryland, dated June 23rd, 1915, and recorded
among the Land Records of Baltimore County in Liber W. P.
C. No. 448, folio 276, etc.

(57) To the purchase of a piece of leasehold property, sit-
uated in Baltimore City, to The Peoples' Union Church of
