a. To the bequest of five hundred dollars to the Hagers-
town Trust Company of Hagerstown, Maryland, in trust, to
hold and invest the same and collect the income therefrom and
pay over the net amount thereof annually to the Vestry of St
John's Episcopal Church of Hagerstown, Maryland, for the
sole and only purpose of the maintenance and upkeep of the
graveyard of said church situate on the West side of Mulberry
Street, between Antietam and Baltimore Streets, in Hagers-
town, Maryland.

b. To the bequest of two hundred dollars to St. John's
Episcopal Chapel, St, Anne of Smithburg, Washington Coun-
ty, Maryland.

c. To the bequest of two hundred dollars to St. John's
Episcopal Church of Hagerstown, Maryland.

(41) To the bequest of twenty dollars contained in the
last will and testament of Mary E. Barnett, late of Washing-
ton County, deceased, to the Pastor of St. Peter's Catholic
Church, Hancock, Maryland, for the purpose of masses, said
will being recorded in Will Book "M, " folio 14, one of the
Will Books of record in the office of the Register of Wills in
Washington County, Maryland.

(42) To the bequest of one hundred dollars contained in
the last will and testament of Denton J. Edelen, late of Wash-
ington County, deceased, to the Trustees of Saint Peter's Evan-
gelical Lutheran. Church of Clearspring, Maryland, the same
to be invested by them and the income to be used to keep the
family lot of testator's father, Charles Edelen, in the Lutheran
Graveyard in Clearspring, in good condition; said will being
recorded in Will Book "M, " folio 44, one of the record books
in the office of the Register of Wills for Washington County.

(43) To the following bequests contained in the last will
and testament of Susan Martin, late of Washington County,
deceased, said will being recorded in Will Book "M, " folio
31, one of the record books in the office of the Register of
Wills for Washington County:

a. To the bequest of two hundred dollars to the German
Baptist Brethren Church of Hagerstown, Washington County,
Maryland (now known as the Church of the Brethren).

b. To the bequest of five hundred dollars to The General
Mission Board of the Church of the Brethren.

(44) To the bequest of twenty-five dollars contained in
the last will and testament of Joseph Berkow, deceased, to the
Moses Montifiori Congregation of Baltimore, said will being
