(35) To the following bequests contained in the last will
and testament of Mary M. Shoemaker, late of Carroll County,
State of Maryland, deceased, which will was duly admitted to
probate and is now of record in the Office of the Register of
Wills of Carroll County:

a. To the bequest of three hundred dollars to St. Paul's
Evangelical Lutheran Church of Harney, Carroll County,
Maryland.

b. To the bequest in said will to Foreign Missions of the
income of her estate, after taking off what has already been
given, and paying the necessary expenses of settling her said
estate.

(36) To the bequest of five hundred dollars contained in
the last Will and Testament of Julia Jane Coon of Westmin-
ster, Maryland, deceased, to the Trustees of the Methodist
Protestant Church of the City of Westminster, Maryland, said
will being recorded in the Office of the Register of Wills of
Carroll County, in Liber W. A. No. 11, Folio 437.

(37) To the bequest of two hundred and fifty dollars con-
tained in the last will and testament of Leonard Parrish, late
of Carroll County, deceased, to the Trustees of Bethesda Meth-
odist Episcopal Church of Carroll County, Maryland, which
will is recorded in the Office of the Register of Wills in Car-
roll County, in Liber W. A. No. 11, Folio 544.

(38) To the bequest contained in the will of S. Alberta
Recher, deceased, to the Reformed Congregation of Wolfs-
ville, Frederick County, Maryland, which will is recorded in
the Will Book "L, " Folio 460, one of the records of wills in
the office of the Register of Wills in Washington County,
Maryland.

(39) To the bequest of one hundred and fifty dollars to
the Board of Trustees of The Methodist Episcopal Church, in
Jefferson, Frederick County, Maryland, as contained in the
last will and testament of Joanna S. Rice, late of Frederick
County, deceased, said last will being recorded in Liber S. D.
T. No. 1, Folio 426, etc., being one of, the books of record in
the office of the Register of Wills of Frederick County, Mary-
land.

(40) To the following bequests contained in the last will
and testament of Mollie S. Howard, late of Washington Coun-
ty, deceased, which will is recorded in Will Book "M, " folio
46, one of the record books in the office of the Register of Wills
for Washington County:
