United States, a body corporate, incorporated under the laws
of the State of Pennsylvania, the said sum of money to be
known as the Albaugh Memorial Church Building Fund, as
the said bequest is contained in the last will and testament of
Laura H. Albaugh, late of Frederick County, in the State of
Maryland, deceased, as well as the codicil to said will, which
will and codicil were duly admitted to probate in the Orphans'
Court of Frederick County, Maryland, and duly made of rec-
ord in Liber S. D. T. No. 1, Folio 556, etc., one of the books
for recording wills in the Office of the Register of Wills for
Frederick County, Maryland.

(32) To the following bequests contained in the last will
and testament of Mary E. Ehrehart, late of Frederick Coun-
ty, in the State of Maryland, deceased, which will was duly
admitted to probate in the Orphans' Court of Frederick Coun-
ty, Maryland, on the 19th day of January, 1914, and duly
made of record in Liber S. D. T. No. 1, Folio 352, etc., one
of the records for recording wills in the Office of the Register
of Wills for Frederick County, Maryland:

a. The sum of one hundred dollars to the Rev. Charles
Reinewald or his successor and successors.

b. The sum of three hundred dollars to the Lutheran Dea-
coness' Home, a body corporate, (correct name: The Deaconess'
Board of the General Synod of the Evangelical Lutheran
Church in the United States of America).

c. The sum of three hundred dollars to the National Lu-
theran Home in the City of Washington and District of Co-
lumbia, a body corporate, (correct name: The National Lu-
theran Home for the Aged).

(33) To the bequest of one thousand dollars to The Ves-
try of the Church of the Redeemer, a body corporate (the said
The Vestry of the Church of the Redeemer being the one which
is located in Baltimore County), as contained in the last will
and testament of Eliza J. Miller, late of Baltimore County,
deceased.

(34) To the devise and bequest contained in the last will
and testament of John T. Orndorf! of Westminster, Carroll
County, Maryland, deceased, to St. Paul's Reformed Church
of Westminster, Maryland, contained in the last will and testa-
ment of John T. Orndorff, said will being recorded in the
Office of the Register of Wills of Carroll County, in Liber G.
M. P. No. 7, Folio 262.
