the Vestry of St. Thomas' Church, Garrison Forest, Baltimore
County, Maryland, contained in the last Will and Testament
of Eleanor E. Owings, late of Carroll County, deceased, which
will was probated in the Orphans' Court for Carroll County,
October 19, 1914.
(8) To the devise to "Trinity Reformed Church of Boons-
boro, Washington County, " a body corporate, by the last Will
and Testament of John L. Nicodemus, deceased, dated May 2,
1899, and recorded among the testamentary records of Wash-
ington County in the office of the Register of Wills in Will
Book No. M., folio 74.
(8 1/2) To the bequest contained in the last will and testa-
ment of George Stair, of the sum of Two thousand and twenty-
eight dollars and fifteen cents, to the Trustees of St. Mary's
Reformed Church of Silver Run, in Carroll County, which
will is now of record in the office of the Register of Wills for
Carroll County, in the State of Maryland.
(9) To the bequest contained in the last Will and Testa-
ment of Emma J. Shreiner, deceased, of Eight hundred and
one dollars and sixty-seven cents to St Mark's Evangelical
Lutheran Church of Hagerstown, Maryland, which will and
codicil are recorded among the records of the Register of Wills
for Washington County in Will Book Liber L, folio 491.
(10) To the bequests contained in the last will and testa-
ment of David M. Barrick, late of Frederick County, de-
ceased, which will is recorded in the Office of the Register of
Wills of Frederick County, Maryland, in Liber S. D. T. No.
1, Folio 533, etc., to the Consistory of the Reformed Church
in Walkersville, Frederick County, Maryland, being incor-
porated on March 31st, 1848, the charter being of record in
Record of Church Incorporations, 1805-1880, Folio 132, etc.,
one of the records in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit
Court for Frederick County, Maryland, as follows:
a. Weekly Deposits in the Walkersville Savings Bank of
Frederick County, Maryland.
b. Stock in the Berlin and Lovettsville Bridge Company.
c. Stock in the Walkersville Water Company, all in trust.
d. And the dividends or income from the Weekly Deposits,
or Bank Stock, to be paid annually for the support of the
pastor of the said Reformed Church.
