746 LAWS OF MARYLAND. [CH. 369

(1) To the bequest of One thousand dollars, or so much
thereof remaining in the estate, as contained in the last will
and testament of Sarah Angelina Bowhan, late of Frederick
County, deceased, to the Board of Trustees of the Methodist
Protestant Church, in Libertytown, Frederick County, Mary-
land, (correct name: Liberty Methodist Protestant Church,
as the same was incorporated by the General Assembly in
1867) said last will and testament being recorded in Liber
S. D. T. No. 1, folio 446, etc., being one of the books of rec-
ord in the office of the Register of Wills of Frederick County,
Maryland.

(2) To the bequest of the sum of Five hundred dollars to
the Vestry of Prince George's Parish in Montgomery County,
contained in the last Will and Testament of Ella Anderson,
now of record in the office of the Register of Wills of Mont-
gomery County in the State of Maryland.

(3) To the sale, grant and conveyance to "Trinity Meth-
odist Episcopal Church. South, of Annapolis, Maryland, " a
body corporate, duly incorporated, by Thomas McCuckain and
Maggie McCuckain, his wife, of a certain lot of ground in
Anne Arundel County, in the State of Maryland, by Deed
dated 8th June, 1914, and recorded in the office of the Clerk
of the Circuit Court for Anne Arundel County, in Liber G.
W. No. 105, folio 342 of the Land Records of said County.

(4) To a gift to the Presbyterian Eye and Ear and Throat
Charity Hospital of Baltimore, contained in the last will and
testament of Mary W. Johnston, late of Baltimore City, de-
ceased, amounting to Five thousand dollars ($5000), after the
death of Emily J. Thomas, which will was probated in the Or-
phans' Court of Baltimore City November 30, 1914.

(5) To certain gifts and bequests contained in the last
Will and Testament of Aaron Levy, late of Baltimore City, de-
ceased, probated in the Orphans' Court of Baltimore City, De-
cember 6th, 1894, and recorded in the office of the Register of
Wills of Baltimore City in "Wills, " Liber T. W. M. No. 73,
folio 72, etc., for the use and benefit of the following religious
corporations,, denominations, sects: (A) Hebrew Orphan
Asylum of Baltimore City of the sum of Two hundred dol-
lars; (B) Hebrew Benevolent Society of Baltimore City Two
hundred dollars.

(6) To a bequest of Three thousand dollars to the Vestry
of Memorial Protestant Episcopal Church in the City of Balti-
more, contained in the Codicil to the will of Constance Coffield,
