care and upkeep of the Glade Cemetery, near Walkersville.

(11) To the sale, grant and conveyance to The First
Brethren Church of Hagerstown, Maryland, a body corporate
of the State of Maryland, of a deed from John W. Meyers
and Carrie C. Meyers, his wife, dated February 6th, 1894,
and recorded in Liber No. 101, Folio 427, etc., one of the
Land Records in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court
for Washington County, Maryland.

(12) To the bequest of three hundred dollars to the Trus-
tees of Centenary Methodist Episcopal Church of Westmin-
ster, in Carroll County, State of Maryland, contained in the
last will of Laura S. Orndorf, late of Westminster, Maryland,
said will being recorded in the Office of the Register of Wills
for Carroll County.

(13) To the bequest of the sum of five hundred dollars to
the Trustees of Linganore Methodist Episcopal Church, lo-
cated at Unionville, Frederick County, and State of Mary-
land, contained in the last will and testament of John T.
Barnes, late of Frederick County, Maryland, deceased, which
will is recorded in Liber S. D. T. No. 1, Folio 456, etc., one of
the books for recording Wills in the Office of the Register of
Wills for Frederick County, Maryland.

(14) To the bequest of fifty dollars, contained in the last
will and testament of Margaret S. Warner, late of Frederick
County, Maryland, deceased, to the Priest of St. Anthony's
Church, at the time of her death, for Masses for the Repose
of her Soul, which will is recorded in the office of the Register
of Wills for Frederick County, Maryland, in Liber S. D. T.
No. 2, Folio 11, etc., one of the books for recording Wills in
the Office of the Register of Wills for Frederick County, Mary-
land.

(15) To the bequest of one hundred dollars, contained in
the will of Rebecca Wagoner, late of Carroll County, State of
Maryland, deceased, to St. Benjamin's Evangelical Lutheran
Church, near Westminster, Maryland, said will being recorded
in the Office of the Register of Wills of Carroll County, in
Liber W. A. No. 11, Folio 304.

(16) To the bequest of one hundred dollars contained in
the will of Mary Blobaum, late of Carroll County, State of
Maryland, deceased, to the Trustees of Shiloh Methodist Epis-
