for breeding purposes to be released in such district except the
sixth district, and shall give orders on the County Treasurer to
be paid out of said "Game Fund" credited to such district,
for such sum or sums to such person or persons in each dis-
trict as may be designated by the County Commissioner from
the respective districts with the approval of the Board of Coun-
ty Commissioners of said County, for the purchase of game
birds for breeding purposes, to be released in such district
except the Sixth District, which shall be released as hereinafter
provided; and the game birds purchased with the amount due
the Sixth District shall be released in the districts in said
County designated by the County Commissioner from said
Sixth District, with the approval of the Board of County Com-
missioners of said County, who shall as nearly as can be make an
equal distribution among the other six districts of said County
and such person or persons to whom the order is payable shall
file with the said County Commissioners a sworn report of the
application of such part of said "Game Fund" as has come into
his hands with proper vouchers therefor within sixty days
after the receipt of same, and such statement shall show where
and when said game birds were released.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That all provisions of
the Public General or Public Local Laws inconsistent with the
provisions of this Act be and the same are hereby repealed to
the extent of such inconsistency.

SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June the first, nineteen hundred and sixteen.

CHAPTER 367.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Sections 58
and 59 of Article 99 of the Annotated Code of Maryland,
(Bagby's Edition) title "Wild Fowl, Birds and Game, " in
so far as the same relates to Anne Arundel and Prince
George's Counties, and to add thereto two new sections, to
follow Section 59 of said Article and to be known as Sec-
tions 59a and 59b, protecting raccoon.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That two new Sections be, and they are hereby
added to Article 99 of the Annotated Code of Maryland,
