(Bagby's Edition) title "Wild Fowl, Birds and Game, " to be
known as Sections 59a and 59b, to read as follows; to wit:
59a. It shall be unlawful for any person or persons to trap,
catch or kill any raccoon within Anne Arundel or Prince
George's Counties, between sunrise and sunset, or have the
same in his or their possession, if trapped, caught or killed,
between the first day of February and the first day of October,
in each year.
And it shall be unlawful for any person or persons to cut a
tree, at any time, for the purpose of catching or dislodging a
raccoon.
59b. Any person or persons violating any of the provisions
of the preceding Section, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor,
and upon conviction thereof, before any justice of the peace in
either of said Counties, shall pay a fine of not less than ten
dollars, nor more than twenty-five dollars for each and every
offense; and in default of payment of fine or fines imposed
hereunder, together with the costs, the offender shall be com-
mitted to jail for not less than ten nor more than thirty days
for each offense; one-half of all fine or fines to go to the in-
former.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall go into effect
on the first day of June, 1916.

CHAPTER 368.
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section 36
of Article 101 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (Bagby's
Edition, Vol. 3), entitled "Workmen's Compensation, " so
as to extend the benefits of said article to alien non-resident
dependents upon certain terms and conditions.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Section 36 of Article 101 of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (Bagby's Edition, Vol. 3), entitled "Work-
men's Compensation, " be and the same is hereby repealed and
re-enacted with amendments so as to read as follows:
Section 36. Each employe (or in case of death his family
or dependents), entitled to receive compensation under this
Article shall receive the same in accordance with the following
