by any citizen of said County, and upon refusal to exhibit
same shall be subjected to the fines and penalties hereinafter
provided for non-compliance with the provisions of this Sec-
tion. License forms for the use as aforesaid shall be furnished
by the Clerk of the Circuit Court and issued under his official

seal.

Any person violating any of the provisions of this Section,
shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction
thereof before any justice of the peace of said County shall be
fined not less than five dollars or more than twenty-five dol-
lars, and costs, for each offense, and in default of payment of
the fine and costs shall be confined in the County jail for thirty
days or until such fine and costs are paid, one-half of said fine
shall be paid to the informer and the remainder to the County
Commissioners of said County to be devoted to the purpose
as is hereinafter provided for the funds arising from the li-
censes. Provided that nothing in this section shall prevent a
bona fide landholder or lessee in said County from hunting on
his or her premises in the open season without license.

81A. The Clerk of the Court shall keep a statement show-
ing the amount received from non-residents' licenses and from
resident and tax-payer licenses, and shall credit to each dis-
trict in said County the amount received from resident and
taxpayers' licenses, according to the district in which the lit
censee resides or in which the real estate is located, and in
case a tax-payer licensee owns real estate in more than one
district he or she shall have the right to designate to which. of
such districts his or her license money shall be credited. The
money arising from said licenses less the cost of the license
forms, shall be paid by the Clerk of the Court at the end of
each three months to the County Treasurer with a statement
showing the amounts received separated as above provided, the
County Treasurer shall place same, together with the amounts
received by him from the fines imposed for the violations of the
preceding section, to the credit of a fund designated the "Game
Fund" and such "Game Fund" shall be subject to the order
of the County Commissioners of said County as is hereinafter
provided.

The said County Commissioners shall from time to time dis-
tribute as equally as may be in each district of said County
the portion of said "Game Fund" credited to such district, to-
gether with a proportionate part of the amount received from,
non-resident licenses and fines, for the purchase of game birds
