authorized and directed to draw his warrant in favor of Chaney
V. Housekeeper, administrator of P. B. Housekeeper, de-
ceased, for the sum of Eleven Dollars and Eighty-six Cents
($11. 86), the amount of State Tax erroneously paid by said
deceased for the years 1912, 1913, 1914 and 1915.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That the County Com-
missioners of Cecil County are hereby authorized and directed
to levy and pay to Chaney V. Housekeeper, administrator of
P. B. Housekeeper, deceased, the sum of Forty-seven Dollars
and Sixty Cents ($47. 60), being the amount of taxes for Coun-
ty purposes erroneously paid by said deceased for the years
1912, 1913, 1914 and 1915.

CHAPTER 363.
AN ACT to prohibit the sale of spirituous or fermented liquors
within one (1) mile of Riggs Mills, situated in Election
District No. 17, in Prince George's County, Maryland.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That it shall not be lawful for the Board of Liquor
License Commissioners, or any person or persons who may be
authorized by any Act of the General Assembly of Maryland,
to issue any license for the sale of spirituous or fermented
liquors in Prince George's County, Maryland, to issue any
such license to any person or persons, firm or body corporate,
to sell any spirituous or fermented liquors in Election District
No. 17, at any place within one (1) mile, in all directions,
from Riggs Mills in said Election District.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect from the First day of June, 1916.
