WHEREAS, John Guy, in the month of October, 1915, pro-
cured a license number 12 from the Comptroller of the Treas-
ury, for the Sloop, "Lucy V, " to dredge for oysters during the
season beginning November 1st, 1915, and ending March 15th,
1916, paying therefor to said Comptroller the sum of twenty-
eight dollars and fifty cents ($28. 50); and
WHEREAS, Said vessel was sunk on the 15th day of Novem-
ber, 1915, and said license has not been used at all, and could
not be used because said vessel was sunk,
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That the Comptroller of the Treasury, be and he is
hereby authorized and directed to issue his warrant upon the
Treasurer of the State in favor of John Guy, for the sum of
Twenty-eight Dollars and Fifty Cents ($28. 50), the same being
the amount of money paid by him as aforesaid for said license,
which license, on account of the sinking of said vessel, could
not be and has never been used, out of any money in the
Treasury not otherwise appropriated.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the first day of June, 1916.

CHAPTER 360.
AN ACT to require the State Roads Commission of Maryland,
to survey a road in Prince George's and Charles Counties.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That within six months after the passage of this
Act, the State Roads Commission of Maryland shall make a
survey of the road leading from the District of Columbia Line,
near Congress Heights, D. C., to Indian Head, Maryland, over
the most practicable route, with a view to the construction of
said road as soon as the necessary funds may be available.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the cost of said survey
shall be paid by the State Roads Commission out of any funds
in their hands available for such purposes.
SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That the above mentioned road
shall constitute a part of the State Roads System of Maryland
