apolis Boulevard created under Act of 1910, Chapter 116,
Laws of Maryland, with the Baltimore and Washington Bou-
levard heretofore constructed by the State, and that the said
highway shall begin at that point on said Annapolis Boulevard
where it is intersected by the road connecting Hammonds
Ferry Road with the said boulevard and known as Maple Ave-
nue, in the Fifth Election District of Anne Arundel County
and running westerly along said Maple Avenue to the end
thereof and thence by such route or roads as may in the dis-
cretion of the State Roads Commission be advantageous, to a
point on the said Baltimore and Washington Boulevard, at or
near Elkridge landing in Howard County. The road when
completed to be a part of the State highway system.

SEC. 2. That for the funds necessary for the construction
of said road said State Roads Commission is hereby author-
ized to take from the surplus now in their hands, after setting
aside enough for the completion of the Annapolis Boulevard,
sufficient of the money derived from the sale of bonds under
Chapter 116, of the Laws of Maryland of 1910.

SEC. 3. And provided further, That all Acts or parts of
Acts inconsistent herewith are hereby repealed in so far as
this Act is concerned and no further.

CHAPTER. 340.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section 13,
Section 14 and Section 20 of Chapter 492 of the Acts of
1914, entitled "An Act to provide for the creation, by popu-
lar vote, of Anti-Saloon Territory within Carroll County,
within which, except as herein provided, the sale of intoxi-
cating liquor and the licensing of such sale shall be pro-
hibited; for the enforcement of such prohibition in such
territory; and for the abolition by like means of the territory
so created"; and to add an additional Section thereto, to be
designated and known as Section 20A.
