the Presbyterian Church in Salisbury, in Worcester County' ";
also Chapter 6 of the Acts of 1832, entitled "An Act entitled
a supplement to an Act entitled, 'An Act to incorporate the
Presbyterian Church in Salisbury, in Wicomico County,
passed at December Session, 1830, Chapter 102, ' " be and the
same are hereby repealed and re-enacted with amendments
to read as follows:

SEC. 2. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That whereas, George Todd, Levin Morris, James Mor-
ris, John E. Pollitt, Robert Venables, Handy H. Irving, James
Hooper, Levin G. Irving, Anthony B. Bennett, Washington
Bennett, Humphrey Humphreys and William Stevens, incor-
porators under the aforesaid Acts of 1830, Chapter 102, are
now all deceased, the following named persons: Samuel A.
Graham, John D. Williams, Alexander D. Toadvin, J. Wil-
liam Slemons, Henry S. Todd, Robert D. Grier, Albert M.
Walls, Uriah T. White, Lewis Morgan, Charles R. Disharoon,
Peter S. Shockley and Graham Gunby, the duly elected suc-
cessors of the said incorporators, with their successors elected
as hereinafter set forth, shall be and are hereby constituted
a body corporate by the name, style and title of "The Com-
mittee of the Wicomico Presbyterian Church of Salisbury,
Maryland, " and by the same name shall have perpetual suc-
cession, and shall be able to sue and be sued, implead and be
impleaded, in any court of law or equity in this State or
elsewhere, and to make and have a common seal, and the same
to break, alter and renew at their pleasure, and also ordain
and establish such by-laws and ordinances as shall appear
necessary for regulating the temporal concerns of the said
church, and for promoting literature within the same not
being repugnant to this Act and to the laws of this State.

SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That Samuel A. Graham, John
D. Williams, Alexander D. Toadvin and J. William Slemons
shall serve as members of said Committee until April 1st, 1917;
and Henry S. Todd, Robert D. Grier, Albert M. Walls and
Uriah F. White shall serve as members of said Committee
until April 1st, 1918; that Lewis Morgan, Charles R. Disha-
roon, Peter S. Shockley and Graham Gunby shall serve as
members of said Committee until April 1st, 1919; that the
successors of the said Committee of the said Church shall be
elected in the following manner, to wit: The members of the
congregation of the said church, being twenty-one years of
age, contributing regularly towards the pastor's salary and
