shall have filed his monthly reports as required by Section 4
of this Act.
SEC. 6. And be it further enacted, That if any police jus-
tice shall be unable by reason of sickness, absence, relationship
or other temporary cause whatever to attend to his duties as
such police justice, it shall be the duty of the State's Attor-
ney for said County to designate and require another Justice
of the Peace, to perform the duties of said police justice so
sick, absent or otherwise unable to perform the duties of his
office, so long as the same may be necessary, and the State's
Attorney shall forthwith certify any selection he may make to
the County Commissioners of Cecil County. The Justice so
required to perform said duties as police justice shall receive
the same compensation prescribed for said police justice, and
shall be paid by the County Commissioners, who shall deduct
the same from the salary of the police justice for whom he was
serving.
SEC. 7. And be it further enacted, That all laws and parts
of laws inconsistent with the provisions of this Act be and the
same are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
SEC. 8. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect from the first day of June, 1916.

CHAPTER 322.
AN ACT to repeal Chapter 377 of the Acts of the General As-
sembly of Maryland of 1906, entitled "An Act to repeal
Chapter 102 of the Acts of 1830, entitled 'An Act to incor-
porate the Presbyterian Church in Salisbury, in Worcester
County, ' " and also to repeal Chapter 6 of the Acts of 1832,
entitled "An Act entitled a supplement to an Act entitled,
'An Act to incorporate the Presbyterian Church in Salis-
bury, in Worcester County, passed at December Session of
1830, Chapter 102, ' " and to re-enact same with amend-
ments.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Chapter 377 of the Acts of 1906 of the Gen-
eral Assembly of Maryland, entitled "An Act to repeal Chap-
ter 102 of the Acts of 1830, entitled 'An Act to incorporate
