State Road beginning at Reese's Corner, one mile north of For-
est Hill, Harford County, or such location as may be selected by
the State Roads Commission, and running thence in a north-
erly direction along said road as now laid out, through Fern-
cliff and Rocks to Highland, Harford County, and at such
grade as it may seem suitable and proper, and that it shall have
the same rights and powers in reference to the construction
and maintenance of said State Road as it has under the law in
reference to the construction and maintenance of other State
Highways and the acquisition of land and material therefor,
and for the purpose of defraying the cost of the building, con-
struction or maintenance of said road or any part thereof, the
State Roads Commission is hereby authorized and empowered
to use the unused balance of any funds now in or which may
remain in its hands from appropriations heretofore made or
to be made for the construction of State Roads in Harford
County, Maryland.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That all Acts or parts
of Acts inconsistent with the provisions hereof are hereby re-
pealed.
SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect from June 1st, 1916.

CHAPTER 316.
AN ACT to authorize the Atlantic Realty Company to construct
a drawbridge across Sinepuxtent Bay in Worcester County.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly or
Maryland, That the Atlantic Realty Company by and with the
consent of the County Commissioners of Worcester County be
and is hereby authorized to construct a drawbridge across Sine-
puxtent Bay in Worcester County, between Sandy Point on
the Western side of said Bay and a point at or about three-
quarters of a mile north of Sandy Point Island on the Eastern
side of said Bay, according to plans to be approved by the Sec-
retary of War of the United States.
