tion No. 7. The County Commissioners of Prince George's
and Montgomery Counties are empowered, at their discretion,
to pay to said Commission, before July 1st of each year,
$2, 500. or any portion thereof, and before October 1st of each
year, $2, 500., additional, or any portion thereof, by each
County respectively.
SEC. 10. And be it further enacted, That nothing herein
provided shall be taken as restricting any control which the
State Board of Health is empowered by law to exercise within
the Sanitary District.
SEC. 11. And be it further enacted, That all Acts and parts
of Acts inconsistent with the provisions of this Act be and the
same are repealed, to the extent of their inconsistency.
SEC. 12. And be it further enacted, That nothing herein
contained shall affect the Town of Mount Rainier, Maryland,
nor the property included within the limits of said town, nor
its municipal corporation known as the Mayor and Common
Council of Mount Rainier, nor the provisions of Chapter 94
of the Acts of Assembly of 1916, providing for a sewerage and
water system for said Town.

CHAPTER 315.
AN ACT to authorize and empower the State Roads Commis-
sion of Maryland to build, construct and maintain a State
Road from a point beginning at Reese's Corner, one mile
north of Forest Hill, Harford County, and running thence
in a northerly direction along said road as now laid out,
through Ferncliff and Rocks to Highland, Harford County,
or such location as may be selected by the State Roads Com-
mission, and to further define its powers in reference to such
building, construction and maintenance.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That the State Roads Commission be, and is hereby
authorized and empowered to build, construct, and maintain a
