keep all moneys paid over to him by the several Justices of the
Peace of Harford County, or by or from any other person or
source by virtue of and through his said office of Chief Game
Warden of Harford County; and at the end of each year he
shall file under oath with the Clerk of the Circuit Court for
Harford County a full written report of his proceedings during
the year with an itemized account of all receipts and disburse-
ments made by him under this Act; and at the expiration of
his term of office he shall file a written final report and account
with the Clerk of the Circuit Court under oath, and turn over
to his successor all unexpended monies that have come into his
hand as Chief Game Warden.

SEC. 44-H. The Chief Game Warden of Harford County
shall, after the recording of the oath or affirmation to be by
him so taken, in Harford County be a conservator of the peace,
and shall also have and exercise all the power and authority
had, given to and exercised by the deputy game wardens to be
appointed as provided for in this Act.

SEC. 44-I Whenever the Chief Game Warden of Harford
County appointed as aforesaid, shall consider that it is nec-
essary that he should have deputy game wardens appointed to
assist him in more effectively enforcing the game and fish laws
of this State and County aforesaid, he may apply to the Gov-
ernor to commission such persons as he may designate to act
as deputy game wardens in Harford County; and if the Gov-
ernor approves such designated persons he shall appoint them
deputy game wardens; such deputy game wardens shall not re-
ceive a salary from the State of Maryland or Harford County,
but shall be paid the fines collected, exclusive of costs, for viola-
tions of the game and fish laws of said State or County imposed
in cases which they have prosecuted.

SEC. 44-J. The Governor shall issue to each person so ap-
pointed as deputy game warden a commission and shall trans-
mit said commission to the office of the Clerk of the Circuit
Court for Harford County, and said Clerk shall forthwith notify
the Chief Game Warden of Harford County of the receipt of
said commission; and the Governor may revoke and annul any
such appointment at any time at his pleasure or upon the recom-
mendation of the Chief Game Warden of Harford County.

SEC. 44-K. Every deputy game warden so appointed shall
before entering upon the duties of his office take and subscribe
