Act, to be paid out of the said receipts of the office; and all
monies over and above said amounts shall be used in enforcing
the provisions of this law, and protecting, procuring, feeding
and propagating game in Harford County.

The said Chief Game Warden of Harford County may be
removed by the County Commissioners of Harford County,
after it shall have been affirmatively made to appear upon
written charges that said Chief Game Warden has neglected
or improperly discharged the duties of his office; provided,
however, that the Chief Game Warden shall in no instance be
removed until he is given a hearing upon the written charges
made against him; and provided further that either the Chief
Game Warden or the party or parties preferring the said writ-
ten charges shall have the right of appeal from the decision of
the County Commissioners to the Circuit Court for Harford
County, where said charges shall be tried de nova before a Court
and Jury.

SEC. 44-F. The said Chief Game Warden of Harford County ap-
pointed in accordance with the provisions of the preceding Sec-
tion shall before entering upon the duties of his office take and sub-
scribe before the Clerk of the Circuit Court for Harford County
the oath or affirmation prescribed by the Sixth Section of the
First Article of the Constitution of Maryland, and shall sub-
scribe his name in the test book kept in the office of the Clerk of
the Circuit Court for Harford County, and the said Chief Game
Warden shall before entering upon his duties as aforesaid, in
addition to taking the aforegoing oath, file a bond in. the office
of the Clerk of the Circuit Court for Harford County in the
penalty of Two Thousand Dollars, conditioned for the faithful
performance of his duties as Chief Game Warden of Harford
County, which bond shall be approved by the said Clerk or
one of the Judges of the Circuit Court for Harford County.

SEC. 44-G. It shall be the duty of the Chief Game Warden
of Harford County to have general charge, supervision and con-
trol of and over all game wardens appointed for Harford
County under this or any other Act; to prosecute all persons
or bodies corporate violating any of the game or fish laws of
this State in force in Harford County, and to obtain informa-
tion as to all violations of said game and fish laws; to have
printed the blank forms set forth in this Act for the licenses
and deliver the same to the several Justices of the Peace of
the County; and it shall also be his duty to receive and safely
