from the land owners, tenants, or person or persons in pos-
session.
SEC. 16-D. And be it further enacted, That it shall be un-
lawful for any person or persons to interfere with any Deputy
Game Warden in the discharge of his duties, or to resist arrest,
or search.
SEC. 16-E. And be it further enacted, That any person viola-
ting or failing to comply with any of the provisions of this Act
shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof,
shall be fined not less than $20. 00, nor more than $50. 00 and
costs, and in default of payment of said fine, shall be confined
in the Allegany County Jail for a period not less than ten days
nor more than sixty days.
SEC. 17-B. And be it further enacted, That all fines collected
under this Act, are to be turned over, on the first day of each
month by the official imposing or collecting the same, to the
Treasurer of the Board of Game Wardens for Allegany County.
SEC. 18-A. And be it further enacted, That all Acts and
parts of Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland, inconsist-
ent herewith, Sections or parts of Articles of the Code of Pub-
lic Local or Code of Public General Laws of Maryland, incon-
sistent herewith, be and the same are hereby repealed as far
as the same apply to Allegany County.

AN ACT granting Baltimore Lodge No. 7, Benevolent and Pro-
tective Order of Elks the privilege of using the Fifth Regi-
ment Armory.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the Board of Trustees of the Fifth Regiment
Armory, as created by Chapter 459 of the Acts of the General
Assembly of 1898, are hereby authorized and instructed to
grant unto Baltimore Lodge No. 7, Benevolent and Protective
