snare, steel trap or other device for the taking or trapping of
any birds or game mentioned in this Act, nor shall anyone have
in his or her possession any ferret or ferrets.

SEC. 15-F. And be it further enacted, That it shall be un-
lawful in Allegany County for any person or persons to shoot,
kill, trap, take, destroy more than fifteen partridges or quail,
five pheasants or ruffled grouse, two wild turkeys in any one day.

SEC. 15-G. And be it further enacted, That it shall be un-
lawful in Allegany County for any person to ship for the pur-
pose of selling any of the birds mentioned in this Act, and it
shall be unlawful for any express or transportation company
to ship or accept for shipment any of the birds mentioned in
this Act which are shipped for the purpose of selling. Any
express or transportation company shall refuse to accept any
game or package or packages, or box or boxes, containing game,
unless contents of same and the name of the shipper are plainly
marked thereon.

SEC. 15-H. And be it further enacted, That it shall be un-
lawful for any person or persons to hunt, pursue or kill any of
the birds or game mentioned in this Act in Allegany County on
Sunday, and it shall be prima facie evidence of a violation of
this Act if any person is found in the fields or woods with a
gun on Sunday.

SEC. 15-I. And be it further enacted, That it shall be un-
lawful in Allegany County for any person to shoot at or Mil
any partridge or quail or pheasant while it is sitting, or while
on the ground.

SEC. 15-J. And be it further enacted, That it shall be un-
lawful for any owner or owners to permit his or their dog or
dogs, male or female, to run at large in Allegany County dur-
ing the months of April, May, June, July and August, and to
pursue, kill, harm, destroy, catch or take any bird or animal men-
tioned in this Act, the eggs, nests, or young of any or all birds
or animals mentioned in this Act. Any person or persons who
shall harbor or permit any dog or dogs, male or female, to re-
main on or about his or their premises, shall be deemed the
owner of such dog or dogs, male or female, for the purposes of
this Act.

SEC. 15-K. And be it further enacted, That it shall be un-
lawful for any person to hunt upon the lands of any person
in Allegany County, without permission first had and obtained
