SEC. 15-A. And be it further enacted, That the clerk of
the Circuit Court for Allegany County shall pay over, at the
end of each and every month, all moneys or funds received by
him for licenses or fines under this Act, to the Board of Game
Wardens for Allegany County.

SEC. 15-B. And be it further enacted, That all members
of the Board of Game Wardens for Allegany County, and all
State Game Wardens are hereby empowered to make arrests

and search, without a warrant, any person or persons upon their
seeing, knowing or suspecting them of any violation of any of
the provisions of this Act, and are hereby expressly exempted
from all liabilities on account of any trespass or trespasses when
in the discharge of their duties, or on account of any arrest or
arrests that he or they may make while in the performance or
discharge of their duties.

SEC. 15-C. And be it further enacted, That every paid
member of the Board of Game Wardens shall, before entering
upon the duties of his office, take and subscribe before the
clerk of the Circuit Court for Allegany County, the oath or af-
firmation prescribed by the sixth section of the First Article
of the Constitution of this State, and shall subscribe his name
in the test book in the clerk's office of the Circuit Court for
Allegany County. The Game Wardens so elected, after having
taken said oath or affirmation, and having subscribed their
names in the test book as aforesaid, shall in said Allegany
County possess and exercise the authority and powers conferred
. by law upon Constables in Allegany County, as far as arresting
and prosecuting persons for violating any of the fish or game
laws of this State and County are concerned, and they are hereby
vested with the additional power to arrest without a warrant
and search any person or persons suspected or known to be guilty
of violating any of the provisions of the game and fish laws of
this State and Allegany County, and to take any and all such
persons before some Justice of the Peace of Allegany County, to
be dealt with in accordance with the provisions of the game
and fish laws of this State and Allegany County.

SEC. 15-D. And be it further enacted, That no person shall

shoot, hurt, take, catch, kill, pursue, injure or have in posses-
sion, in Allegany County, any raccoon or possum, from April
first to September first.

SEC. 15-E. And be it further enacted, That no person or
persons shall in Allegany County set any trap, deadfall, pitfall.
