in a suitable book in their alphabetical order, the name of the
persons to whom he has issued licenses under this Act, and set
opposite the names of such persons shall be the number and
kind of each license issued to each person.

SEC. 14-B. And be it further enacted, That a meeting
shall be called by the President of the Board of Game Wardens,
between the first and tenth day of September, by giving a ten-
day notice in one of the daily newspapers published in Allegany
County, at which meeting all the licensed hunters in Allegany
County shall elect by secret ballot a Board of Game Wardens
for Allegany County, each licensee having one vote. Said Board
is to consist of seven members, four to serve without pay, which
four are to be elected first by each voter writing the names of
the four men he desires on a slip of paper, said vote to be
collected and counted by the officers of the meeting, and the
four names receiving the highest number of votes shall be de-
clared elected. These four shall organize by electing a.
President, Vice-President, Secretary and Treasurer, and said
Treasurer shall be required to give a bond to the State of Mary-
land in the sum of two thousand dollars ($2, 000), for the faith-
ful performance of the duties of his office. The other three mem-
bers of. the Board are next to be elected by the same method.
These latter three are to be three paid Game Wardens of Al-
legany County. One must reside in one of the following Dis-
tricts: 8, 9, 10, 15, 17, 18, 19, 25 and 27; and one must reside-
in one of the following Districts: 11, 12, 13, 20, 24, 26, 28 and
32; and one must reside in one of the following Districts: 1, 2,
3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 14, 16, 21, 22 and 23. The salary of these three to be
determined by the licensed hunters at their annual meeting. The
duties of the said board shall be to render an account for all
moneys received by the clerk of the Court for License Fees, and
for all the fines collected under this Act. Said moneys to be
used for protecting and propagating game in Allegany County,
and for any incidental expenses as may be incurred by the
Board, and for the hunters' licenses and applications, and the
clerk of the Court's record book for said licenses. Statements
of all moneys received and expended shall be made each year at
the annual meeting, prior to the election of the new members of
the Board. And it is further provided that the first meeting
called under this Act shall be called and presided over by Zack
Laney, of Cumberland, Maryland, until the Board is organized
by electing its officers.
