SEC. 13-B. And be it further enacted, That the form of said
license to be issued by the Clerk of the Circuit Court for
Allegany County, shall be as follows:

Clerk of the Circuit Court for Allegany County,
and printed in small type upon said license shall be the follow-
ing words:

'' This license does not give to the person to whom it is issued
any authority to trespass upon the lands of another, without
the consent of the owner or tenant of said lands, and must be
carried by licensee when hunting, gunning or pursuing game,
and must be exhibited by him upon demand. of any Game
Warden, officer or citizen of Allegany County, and that the
said licensee, while hunting, gunning or pursuing game, shall
wear on the sleeve of Ms left arm, in a conspicuous place, the
number of his license, which will be furnished him at the same
time he receives this license. This license is not transferable,
nor can it be used by anyone but the person to whom it is issued
and named therein. "

SEC. 13-C. And be it further enacted, That the Clerk of the
Circuit Court for Allegany County is hereby directed to record,
