SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the said corporation shall
sell said bonds at public or private sale, but no bond shall be
sold for less than its par or face value, and accrued interest
thereon. The proceeds of said bonds shall be deposited in bank
in the name of '' The Town Commissioners of Queenstown Main
Street Fund, " and shall be withdrawn only by check signed by
the treasurer of said corporation, countersigned by at least one
other municipal commissioner, and shall be exclusively appro-
priated and applied to the cost of grading and improving the
said Main Street with stone, or other material of a permanent
character adapted to durability, wear and tear, and as may be
agreed upon between the Town Commissioners of Queenstown
and the State Roads Commission, and not to ordinary repairs
of said street or the making or repairing side-walks. But any
interest on said bonds accrued at time of sale of same shall be
applied to the payment of the interest due or to become due on
said bonds by the terms of same.

SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That the said municipal corpora-
tion shall have and is hereby given full power and authority to
grade and improve the bed of said. Main Street, to make con-
tracts for that purpose, to determine in what manner and what
part of said street shall be graded and improved, and what
material shall be used for such improvement, whether brick,
macadam, stone, shell or such other material as shall meet the
requirements of this Act, to agree with the said State Roads
Commission, in the event the said State Roads Commission
shall determine to extend the State Aid Road through said
Town of Queenstown over said street, for the building of said
road, and to determine what part of the cost of the same shall
be borne by said municipal corporation; provided that no bond
or bonds shall be issued under the provision of this Act until
the State Roads Commission shall determine to extend the
State Aid Road through the said town of Queenstown over said
Main Street, and shall enter into a written agreement with the
said Town Commissioners of Queenstown for the joint improve-
ment of said Main Street at the expense of the said State
Roads Commission and the Town Commissioners of Queens-
town, which said agreement shall be duly recorded among the
record books of the said Town Commissioners of Queenstown
in a book in which the ordinances of the said Town Commis-
sioners of Queenstown are recorded.

SEC. 4. And be it enacted, That the Town Commissioners of
Queenstown shall keep a full registry of the bonds authorized by
