this Act to be issued, with the name or names of the purchasers
thereof, the date of issuance and the date of maturity of each
bond, and the date of sale and the amount of each bond, and
when a bond is redeemed said bond shall be at once canceled on
the face thereof, and entry of said cancellation shall be made on
said book of registry.

SEC. 5. And be it enacted, That for the purpose of redeem-
ing said bonds at their maturity, and for securing the prompt
payment of the interest thereon, the Town Commissioners of
Queenstown shall levy annually a special tax on each one hun-
dred dollars of the assessed value of all property, real and per-
sonal, in the corporate limits of the -said town of Queenstown,
subject to taxation, in addition to the other taxes now author-
ized to be levied and collected by the Town Commissioners of
Queenstown, such sums of 'money as shall be necessary to pay
the annual interest on said bonds and to redeem each year one
of said bonds, said special tax shall be known as the "Main
Street Improvement Tax, " and shall be levied at the same
time, and shall become due and in arrears at the same time,
and shall bear interest from the same date, and shall be liens,
on all the property of the person or corporation assessed by
said corporation, and shall be collected in the same manner as
the other taxes now authorized to be levied, assessed and col-
lected by the Town Commissioners of Queenstown. The pro-
ceeds of said special tax shall be kept separate from the other
funds of said corporation, and shall be used for the payment of
the interest on said bonds and the payment of said bonds, and
for no other purpose whatsoever.

SEC. 6. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect from the first day of June, nineteen hundred and sixteen.

CHAPTER 278.

AN ACT to add a new section to Article 39 of the. Annotated.
Code of Maryland (Bagby's Edition), title "Fish and
Fisheries, " to be known as Section 123, to prohibit driving
fish into thresh nets or other contrivances.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That a new section be and the same is hereby added to
Article 39 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (Bagby's Edi-
