CHAPTER 224.
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendment Sections 126,
127, 128 and 129 of Article 93 of the Annotated Code of
Public General Laws of Maryland of 1911 (Bagby's Code),
title "Testamentary Law, " sub-title "Distribution. "
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Sections 126, 127, 128 and 129 of Article 93
of the Annotated Code of Public General Laws of Maryland
of 1911 (Bagby's Code), title 'Testamentary Law, " sub-title
"Distribution, " be repealed and re-enacted so as to read as
follows:
Section 126. If there be a father and mother and no chil-
dren or descendants, the whole shall be divided equally between,
the father and mother.
Section 127. If there be either father or mother living,
the other parent having died, and no child or descendants,
the father or mother, as the case may be, shall have the whole.
Section 128. If there be a brother or sister or a child or
descendant of a brother or sister and no child, descendant,
father or mother of the intestate, the said brother, sister or
child or descendant of a brother or sister shall have the whole.
Section 129. Every brother and sister of the intestate
shall be entitled to an equal share, and a child or children
of a deceased brother or sister of the intestate stall stand
in the place of such brother or sister and a grandchild or
grandchildren and every other descendant or other descend-
ants of a deceased brother or sister of the intestate in exist-
ence at the death of the intestate shall stand in the place of
his, her or their deceased ancestor.

CHAPTER 225.
AN ACT to direct and require the Governor of the State of
Maryland to appoint the same persons upon both the Board
of Trustees of the Maryland State College of Agriculture
and the State Board of Agriculture so that said Boards
be one and the same.
