said years out of Frederick County's apportionment or allot-
ment of any appropriations made or hereafter made by the
General Assembly for State Aid or County Roads; and
the County Commissioners of Frederick County are hereby
authorized and directed annually to draw upon and request
the State Roads Commission of Maryland, and the State Roads
Commission, of Maryland is hereby authorized and directed
annually to draw upon the Comptroller of the Treasury of
Maryland, and the Comptroller of the Treasury is hereby au-
thorized and directed annually to pay to James W. Le Gore,
his heirs and assigns sums of money as above stated until the
aggregate of said payments by the State to James W. Le
Gore, his heirs or assigns shall be Thirty Thousand Dollars
($30, 000. 00), whereupon said payments shall cease.

SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That upon the execution
and delivery of a good and sufficient deed, free and clear of all
encumbrances of every character in fee simple, at the cost of the
said James W. Le Gore on or after June 1st. 1916, granting
and conveying said Bridge and Roadways to the County Com-
missioners of Frederick County, said County Commissioners
shall pay to the said James W. Le Gore, his heirs or assigns
the sum of Twenty Thousand Dollars ($20, 000. 00).

SEC. 4. And be it further enacted, That this act shall take
effect on June 1st, 1916, but shall apply to any now unex-
pended appropriations for State Aid or County Roads allotted
to or available by Frederick County and to any appropriations
made by the General Assembly of 1916 or subsequent General
Assemblies for State aid in the construction of County or
State Aid Roads or Bridges.

CHAPTER 219.

AN ACT for the relief of certain persons, firms and corpora-
tions for supplying materials and labor in the construction
of- the State Armory Building in Bel Air, Harford County,
Maryland.

WHEREAS, the firm of L. J. Whalen & Company were
awarded the contract for the erection of the State Armory
Building at Bel Air, Harford County, Maryland, at and for
the sum of $23, 390.
