notes or bonds shall not run longer than ten years, and the said
County Commissioners shall in each and every year levy upon
the assessable property of Frederick County such sum of money
as may be necessary and sufficient to pay the interest on the
outstanding notes or bonds by them executed and issued in
pursuance of this Act as the same shall become due and pay-
able, and such further and additional sums as may be required
to pay off said notes or bonds as they may become due; and
said taxes authorized by this Act shall be collected as other
taxes are collected, and the County Commissioners of Fred-
erick County axe hereby authorized and directed to draw upon
and request the State Roads Commission of the State of Mary-
land to draw upon the Comptroller of the Treasury of Mary-
land for the sum of Ten Thousand Dollars ($10, 000. 00) out1
of Frederick County's apportionment or allotment of the ap-
propriation made by the General Assembly of 1914 for State
Aid or County Roads and the State Roads Commission of
Maryland is hereby authorized and directed to draw a warrant
upon the Comptroller of the Treasury for the sum of Ten Thou-
sand Dollars ($10, 000. 00) out of Frederick County's appor-
tionment or allotment of the appropriation made by the Gen
eral Assembly of 1914 for State Aid or County Roads or
Bridges and the Comptroller of the Treasury is hereby directed
to honor said Warrant to the amount of Ten Thousand Dollars
($10, 000. 00), and to draw his warrant upon the Treasury in
favor of said James W. Le Gore, his heirs or assigns for said
sum of Ten Thousand Dollars ($10, 000. 00); and during the-
fiscal years 1917 and 1918 the County Commissioners of Fred-
erick County are authorized and directed to draw upon and
request the State Roads Commission of Maryland to draw upon
the Comptroller of the Treasury of Maryland for Ten Thou-
sand Dollars ($10, 000. 00) in each of said years, out of Fred-
erick County's apportionment or allotment of any appropria
tions made or hereafter made by the General Assembly for
State Aid or County Roads, and during the fiscal years 1917
and 1918 the State Roads Commission of Maryland is au-
thorized and directed to draw upon the Comptroller of the
Treasury of Maryland for Ten Thousand Dollars ($10, 000. 00)
in each of said years out of Frederick County's apportionment
or allotment of any appropriations made or hereafter made by
the General Assembly for State Aid or County Roads, and
during the fiscal years 1917 and 1918 the Comptroller of the
Treasury is hereby authorized and directed to honor and pay
the sum of Ten Thousand Dollars ($10, 000. 00) in each of
