Court and any and all of the above mentioned public officials
of said County that cannot be accommodated in the present
Court House and other offices during the progress of the re-
construction or rebuilding of said Court House, and said tem-
porary rooms and offices shall be paid for out of the regular
levies made by said County Commissioners.
SEC. 6. And be it enacted, That in the reconstruction or
rebuilding of said Court House the existing grades of the
Streets on which said present existing Court House, Clerk's
Office and Office of Register of Wills abut may be changed by
lowering the same to such an elevation as in the opinion of
said Commission shall be proper.

CHAPTER 182.
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments, Sections 1,
2 and 3 of Chapter 230, of the Acts of 1902, entitled "An
Act to authorize and direct the County Commissioners of
Saint Mary's County, to levy a sum of money not exceeding
Five Hundred Dollars ($500. 00) to build a school house
for white children at or near Laurel Grove, in the Sixth
Election District of Saint Mary's County.
SECTION 1. Be, it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Sections 1, 2 and 3 of Chapter 230 of the
Acts of 1902, be and the same are hereby repealed, and re-en-
acted with amendments, so as to read as follows: That the
County Commissioners of Saint Mary's County be and they
are hereby authorized and directed to levy a sum of money not
exceeding Eight Hundred Dollars ($800. 00) for the building
of a school house for white children at or near Laurel Grove,
in the Sixth Election District of Saint Mary's County.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the Board of County School
Commissioners of said County shall contract for the building
of said school house by bids in the usual form, awarding the
same to the lowest, responsible bidder, provided said bid does
not exceed Eight Hundred Dollars ($800. 00).
SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from June 1st, 1916.
