SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That any person, per-
sons, social club, firm or corporation, violating the provisions
of Section 1 of this Act shall be deemed. guilty of a misde-
meanor, and shall, upon trial and conviction thereof, for each
and every offense be subject to a fine of not less than Fifty
($50) Dollars nor more than Five Hundred ($500), or be
imprisoned in the Washington County jail for a period of not
less than one (1) month nor more than one year, or be both
fined and imprisoned in the discretion of the Court as afore-
said.

2-A. This Act shall not apply to, nor prohibit the manu-
facture for sale of alcoholic, spirituous, vinous, malt and in-
toxicating liquors, or the transportation thereof, where such
liquors are manufactured for sale and sold only for delivery
for shipment to places beyond the State, or to places within
this State where such sale is not now or hereafter prohibited
by law.

SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the first day of June, 1916.

CHAPTER 146.

AN ACT to change the District lines of Election District No.
10 Precinct No. 1, and Election District No. 10 Precinct
No. 2, and Election District No. 27, in Allegany County,
Maryland.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That the District lines of Election District No. 10
Precinct No. 1, and Election District No. 10 Precinct No. 2,
and Election District No. 27, in Allegany County, Maryland,
be and the same are hereby changed, so as to be as follows:
District No. 10 Precinct No. 1, Lonaconing.

Beginning on the division line between Garrett and Alle-
gany Counties one-tenth, of a mile north of the road leading
up Laurel Run from Moscow Mills; thence by a line parallel
to and one-tenth of a mile north of said road southeasterly
one and one-quarter miles to a point one-tenth of a mile west
of the County road leading from Lonaconing to Westernport
which skirts Pekin Hill above the village of Pekin; thence
